What is KIPP?
Your company will be the foundation in the careers of our local talent, strengthening not only their future, but also your company’s and that of our island.
KIPP is a program developed by Kinesis, with the support of Strada Education Network, to tackle the brain-drain Puerto Rico has faced for the past decade.
Currently, Puerto Rico lacks both a culture of paid internships and of early recruitment opportunities for recent graduates. As a result, most of our best talent chooses to look for job opportunities outside of the island.
Providing a space where our young professionals gain real world work experience will help restore Puerto Rico’s economy and reduce our island’s talent drain.

How does KIPP work?
The Kinesis Foundation launched its Scholarship program more than 18 years ago. Our Scholars are part of the great talent Puerto Rico counts on. KIPP prepares our scholars and recent graduates in employability and personal management skills, maximizing their possibilities of professional success. We connect them with internship and early job opportunities in businesses and organizations around the island that, like you, believe in the Puerto Rican youth.
Our team will help you invest in exceptional candidates that will reward the opportunity with hard work, commitment and innovation.

What am I committing to?
Joining KIPP is fast, easy and cost-free.
You commit to two things:
- Signing a Memorandum of Understanding with Kinesis
- Sending us an email anytime a new vacancy opens in your company, with the details of what you are looking for.
Just that! We will search among our Scholars and recent graduates who would best match your need and send you their resumés.
