Meet the KIPPer, Ana Camila Richiez Morel, former student of the High School of the University of Puerto Rico, UHS graduating in 2018. She is currently in her last year studying Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Data Analysis in Babson College for 2022, on the other hand they proudly accepted her at the University of Puerto Rico and at Bentley University. In her free time, she participates in multicultural groups, works on-campus, and provides professional mentoring to University students.

Last summer she had the joy of obtaining seven internship offers with various companies such as Citibank, Goldman Sachs, and Vanguard, opting for Citi Bank in the area of public finance in New York for what was an enriching experience. Upon completion of her studies, she will be working in the consulting area with Deloitte Consulting in Boston.

Before joining the Kinesis programs, she was unaware of the academic and extracurricular preparation necessary to apply to universities. She had very little knowledge about scholarships and opportunities for low-income students, and she didn’t have the mentorship and advice she needed to understand the process, know where to start, or how to excel on her applications.

The Kinesis Foundation was very helpful in the college admissions process through the Bright Stars program. Microsoft certifications and SAT reviews provided me with the tools and skills needed to excel on applications. Thanks to the Kinesis Foundation and its excellent mentoring program, I was able to apply and be accepted to great universities. The foundation was my guide during my school years, and continues to be a great support system during my university career through its scholarship program. I am currently in my last year of university studying Finance and Data Analytics at Babson College, the #1 university for entrepreneurship, and this would not be possible if it were not for the financial contribution that Kinesis offers. I am grateful to the entire Kinesis team for the work they do to open doors for young Puerto Ricans with limited resources like me and help them fulfill their dreams.
